1. Shipping

Free shipping on all items with the exception of over sized freight items buy responsible for freight

We provide our customers with super fast shipping and will upload the tracking number for your order so tracking is available through the website. We also do combined shipping when you purchase two or more items. We ship via USPS, once it has been shipped, we cannot control the time it will arrive to you, whether it be priority mail or standard/economy mail. I can tell you that eBay estimates are not always correct. At this time, we only ship to United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

 2. Returns

30 day returns on all non freight items buyer pays all return shipping up to 20% restocking fee. We believe in our parts and stand behind them, if you are not satisfied please contact us and we will work out a solution.  All parts are USED unless otherwise noted. Buyer is to contact seller before returning an item.

There are NO RETURNS  on Electrical Parts, components or parts that require CODING/PROGRAMMING unless the part is returned in its original unopened packaging.  This policy is in place due to if you have an underlying issue with your machine/motorcycle that could burn out the electrical part.

3. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

4. Electrical Parts Policy

There are NO RETURNS on Electrical Parts, components or parts that require CODING/PROGRAMMING unless the part is returned in its original unopened packaging. This policy is in place due to if you have an underlying issue with your machine/motorcycle that could burn out the electrical part. This ad is NOT for the sale of the bushings or the bearings. The condition of the bushings & bearings are NOT warrantied with the part and may need to be replaced. The part is USED and removed from a USED machine.

We do receive numerous emails through out the day and at times we cannot answer them immediately, so please be patient and we will answer them as fast as we can.
